New from Tredaire, renu^® violet, is of a lower density than our other renu^® underlays, meaning less foam has to go into its manufacture. However it is still made from 98% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable at the end of its life! renu^® is the most ethically sourced and recyclable family of carpet underlays we’ve ever made. All materials that go into making renu^® have been considered down to the recycled paper backing and the carbon negative bio-based film used to complete the underlay and also in the packaging. This 9mm sustainable underlay also provides superior performance with high tog ratings to keep heat in and a good dB rating to keep the noise down.
